Silver Invest Misled Me With False Promises and Did Not Recover My Account

In November, I had a phone conversation with someone named Y*** from Silver Invest. He told me that by changing the transaction, he could help me make money. Trusting the company, I entered the system with $200. Later, he promised higher earnings and asked me to deposit an additional $1,000, which I did. Initially, I was managing the transactions myself, but Y***'s erroneous trade put my account in a difficult position. He then requested to take over the account management and transfer the account, stating that for this to happen, I needed to pay a contract fee and deposit an additional $4,500 to fix the account. I made the required payment, but my account was not recovered, and he continued to demand more money. Have I been deceived? I want Silver Invest to cover my loss. My total principal loss is ₺243,000.
