Siemens iQ500 Washing Machine Leaves Foam On Clothes

I purchased a Siemens iQ500 washing machine from the Ankara Anatolium branch. From the very first day, the machine has not been rinsing properly, and no matter how many rinse cycles I run, the laundry always comes out soapy after washing. To resolve this issue, I both contacted the service center and changed the detergent, but nothing improved. The service, however, told me that the machine requires the use of fabric softener in order to function properly, and that otherwise it would continue to work this way. They have made a machine that forces me to use fabric softener. This is a matter that should be entirely up to the consumer. I absolutely do not want to use such chemicals on my child’s clothes. Yet I am faced with a machine that forces me to do so—can such nonsense even be possible? Moreover, when purchasing this product, no one informed me that “you must use fabric softener, otherwise your laundry will remain soapy.” If I had known about this, I would never have chosen this machine. Since my product is still under warranty, I request that this grievance be resolved and that the product be returned.
