Siemens Told Me My Product Was in Production but Store Says Otherwise

I would like to thank Mr. Bülent from Başak retail for his interest and attention.

I ordered from the Konya M1 Başak Ticaret store on December 15, 2023, and I'm still waiting for my product to arrive. The store is urging me to cancel my order instead of fulfilling it, citing increased production costs. All I've been getting are excuses and empty promises, with a new delivery date popping up every single day. I feel like I'm being led on, and now, unexpectedly, I've been informed that the product is no longer in production. What truly puzzles me is that Siemens customer service claims the product is still being produced. I simply expect my order to arrive as promised, without any more confusing messages or delays.
