Siemens LC66KPJ0T Cooker Hood Excessive Noise: Defective Product

We purchased a Siemens LC66KPJ0T cooker hood and had it installed by authorized service on 5 July. From the very first use, the product has been working with an excessively loud noise, far above what can be considered normal for such a device. In my opinion, a defective product was delivered and installed. After noticing the problem, I contacted Siemens customer service and the authorized service. Despite clearly explaining that the cooker hood is brand new and that the noise level is abnormally high, I did not receive any real help or a solution offer from either customer service or the service team. Since the product is newly installed and shows this defect from the beginning, I consider it as an ayıplı ürün and I request that the cooker hood be replaced with a fault-free one or that a full refund be provided. I kindly ask Siemens to take my complaint seriously and to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
