Gladcore Shopify Order Has Not Been Delivered
On September 28, 2026, I placed an order through Shopify from a store called Gladcore for one unit of the product listed as “Retro Nano Cam: 2k & 48MP Flip Life.” I paid approximately $10 in total for this purchase. Although my payment was successfully processed, a considerable amount of time has passed and my order still has not been delivered.
I have tried contacting Gladcore several times, but I have not received any response. I have not been provided with any shipping or tracking information, nor have I received any clear update regarding the status of my order. Despite having already paid for the product, it has not been shipped and I have been unable to reach anyone who can provide assistance.
My Shopify order number is #5T5LY8M0V. I request that my payment be refunded immediately or that my order be shipped without further delay. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the delay and the lack of communication.
