Shiny Force Did Not Ship My Order After 14 Days
On March 6, I placed an order for a New ERA cardigan through the Shiny Force website. For this order, number 42349, I paid approximately $29 on the same day. When placing the order, I specifically stated that I wanted the product to arrive before the holiday, and I was assured that it would definitely be delivered in time.
However, despite 14 days passing, my order has still not been shipped. When I contacted customer service, I was told that there was a delay due to high demand, but no clear delivery date was provided, and no further updates were given. Because of both the payment I made and the delivery promise that was given, I am experiencing inconvenience.
I request that my order be shipped immediately and that I be provided with a clear delivery date. Otherwise, I demand that my payment be refunded promptly.
