The Fuel I Bought At Shell Station Was Doubtful, No Investigation Was Done

On August 19, 2023, at about 19:30, I went to the Shell gas station in Eskişehir, 71 Evler, and purchased 300 worth of diesel gasoline for my vehicle with license plate 26 **68. I left without checking the fuel gauge because I had a sick passenger with me. I returned to the station 1.5 hours later and explained the matter to the attendant, who then produced a receipt for the petrol I hadn't pumped, indicating that it wasn't noted on the initial receipt. Unfortunately, it appears that such incidents are not being investigated. My experience with Shell gasoline has left me disappointed. It's depressing that I can't enter a Shell station with confidence and avoid potential problems. It's disheartening to think that our hard-earned money might result in such awful experiences.
