Shein Return Policy: What You Need To Know

On October 7th, I ordered several clothing from SHEIN. My order was supposed to arrive two days later via fast shipping, but it still hasn't arrived. When I checked the DHL tracking code, I discovered that my package had been delivered on October 9th. This, however, is not the case. Finally, a DHL customer service representative admitted their error and assured me that the problem would be resolved as soon as possible. Today is the 15th of October, and my package is still missing. I'm not going to cancel my order. Please, please, please deliver it as soon as possible. As someone who was looking forward to receiving their items, DHL's false delivery status has been nothing short of disheartening. I'm hoping that this problem is resolved quickly.
