I visit Shein every day, browsing products, adding items to my favorites and cart, and consistently collecting my daily points. Despite my regular activity, I’ve noticed that my points are unnecessarily decreasing for no apparent reason. I'm confused about why my points are dropping since I’m diligent about logging in and claiming my points daily. What’s causing this issue? I expect Shein to provide a clear explanation or fix this problem, as it’s frustrating to see my points decrease despite my consistent engagement on the app.
