Shein Order Cancelled but Visa Card Refund Still Missing
I placed an order with Shein in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under order number GSH17D61B00N8VY and then cancelled it before it was processed. Despite this, my money has not been refunded to my Visa card, and it has now been more than 10 days since the cancellation. I contacted Shein customer service about the missing refund. They gave me a reference number and told me to provide it to my bank. However, when I spoke with my bank, they confirmed that they have not received any refund or transaction from Shein related to this order. I am requesting that Shein either immediately refunds the full amount back to my Visa card or provides clear and detailed proof of the refund, including transaction details that my bank can verify. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
