Shein Canceled My Order and No Refund Received After 9 Days

My recent Shein order was canceled automatically and returned from customs, and I was told that my refund had been processed 9 days ago. However, when I contacted my bank, they informed me that no such refund request had been made. I’m frustrated because neither my products nor my money has been returned.
