I placed an order for clothing items from Shein, shipped via Pal Express (tracking number: PALTR0001892931YQ). Unfortunately, due to a mistake in my contact information, my phone number was entered incorrectly, and the package could not be delivered. As a result, the shipment was returned.
Currently, the tracking status still shows the package at Pal Express, but I am unable to get any support because there is no reachable customer service phone number. I have not received any assistance despite searching for a way to contact them.
I want my package to be redirected and delivered to my address in Istanbul, Kartal. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of the amount I paid, which is over ₺1,000. Shein’s return policy states that an item cannot be refunded unless it is first delivered, which puts me in a difficult situation.
I ask that my issue be resolved urgently, either by ensuring delivery or processing a complete refund without further delay.
