Reva AI Astrologer Charged ₹699 on PhonePe After ₹1 Payment Without Consent

I am an Indian user and I paid ₹1 for the “Reva AI Astrologer” service offered by Mohalla Tech Private Limited. I understood this to be a small, one‑time payment only. Immediately after this payment, a recurring subscription of ₹699 starting from the next day was automatically activated without my clear consent or understanding. At the time of paying ₹1, I was not properly informed in a clear, prominent and visible way that this transaction would create an automatic ₹699 subscription from the next day or that recurring debits would be set up. On 18 September 2026 at about 12:43 am, ₹699 was debited from my PhonePe account for a “Subscription of Reva / ShareChat” as part of this automatic subscription, which I never consciously agreed to. I consider this to be an unauthorised or at least inadequately disclosed recurring charge, and I do not accept this deduction. I request that this automatic ₹699 subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further amount be charged from my PhonePe or any other linked account in the future. I also request a full and immediate refund of the ₹699 already deducted, back to my original payment method. Finally, I ask you to confirm to me in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that there will be no future automatic charges related to this service.
