Refund Of My Share Chat Subscription

On 10 September 2026, a payment of ₹699 was deducted from my account for a Sharechat subscription that I had started only on a trial basis. There was no clear prior notification that the trial period would end so soon, nor was any explicit consent taken from me for this ₹699 charge on the very next day. I consider this deduction to be unauthorized and misleading in the absence of a transparent notice about the end of the trial and the start of the paid subscription. I contacted Sharechat support by email regarding this issue but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that the ₹699 taken for this subscription be fully refunded as soon as possible and that this situation be reviewed so that similar unexpected charges do not occur again.
