Mohalla Tech Unauthorized Debit and Fraudulent Refund Scam Complaint

I am writing to complain about an unauthorised and unrefunded debit related to Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd. On 13 September, after I made a payment of 1 rupee to “Riya A***”, an amount of 699 rupees was debited from my account without my clear consent or understanding of the purpose. I then received a call from a person identifying himself as Roushan K***, using the number 8084619***. He told me that if I transferred 998 rupees more, making a total of 699 + 998, the full amount would be refunded to my account. Trusting this assurance, I transferred 998 rupees as instructed. However, until now I have not received any refund of either the 699 rupees or the 998 rupees, and I believe that this person has acted fraudulently. The total amount I have lost is 1,697 rupees. I have already lodged a complaint with my bank and also reported the matter to cyber crime authorities. Despite this, my money has not been returned. I request that the company and relevant parties urgently investigate this transaction, block and take action against the fraudster, and arrange a full refund of the debited amounts to my account as soon as possible.
