Sephora Store Visit Ends Early Due to Staff Attitude Issues
On January 27, 2026, I visited the Sephora store located in Samsun Piazza Mall. During my time in the store, the behavior of the staff made me extremely uncomfortable. Their constant following, as if closely monitoring me, and repeatedly staring at me caused me to feel devalued and uneasy. In addition, the dismissive looks and attitudes further increased my discomfort. While I wanted to browse the products and shop comfortably, the staff’s behavior made me want to leave the store, and I chose to express this complaint here rather than addressing it face to face at the time. I believe that employees of a brand like Sephora should be much more attentive and respectful in their communication and behavior toward customers. I kindly request that the staff working at the Samsun Piazza Sephora store receive training on customer relations and communication, and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent such uncomfortable behavior from happening again.
