Sephora Refused to Exchange My Hairbrush Without Prior Notice of Hygiene Policy
I bought a hairbrush from Sephora and later realized I had purchased the wrong product for my hair type. When I returned to the store with my invoice to exchange it for the correct one, they refused due to hygiene reasons. I wasn’t informed about this policy at the time of purchase, and there is no mention of it on the invoice. The invoice clearly states that exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days with the invoice. I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that the product be exchanged or that I receive a refund for my purchase.
