Sephora Unpleasant Store-Pick-Up Order Delay, Hope I'll Get My Order Soon
During the November discounts, my friend and I eagerly placed an order at Sephora in Zorlu Center. The app indicated that we could pick up our order after 12 PM the next day, and we even received a confirmation SMS. Excitedly, a few days later, we headed to the store, only to find out that our order hadn't been prepared due to high demand. Despite this initial setback, we patiently waited for a few more weeks before reaching out to the customer service team. They promptly acknowledged the issue, attributing it to a backlog, and assured us they would address it. Although two weeks passed without any visible progress, our second contact with Sephora customer service reiterated their commitment to resolving the matter. Despite the delay, we remained hopeful. However, even after a month, our order has yet to arrive, and a solution remains elusive. Attempting to cancel the order, we were informed it was already approved, making cancellation impossible. While this experience has been challenging, I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team in addressing the issue. Despite the delay, their responsiveness has been commendable. Although I still eagerly await my order, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. I am hopeful that Sephora will soon fulfill its commitment, and I look forward to a positive resolution. Despite this challenging situation, I remain open to future online orders with Sephora, hoping for a smoother experience.
