Sephora Complaint About Undelivered Gold Box Despite Gold Membership

In November 2023, my Sephora membership was upgraded to Gold status, and I was informed that I would receive a Gold Box gift as part of the transition. However, even after nearly 10 months, the Gold Box has still not been delivered. Every month I contacted Sephora customer service, both by phone and in writing, and each time I was told excuses such as “you are on the list” or “the product is being supplied,” which only delayed the matter further. Finally, on September 17, 2024, when I reached out via email, I was told that my gift would not be sent due to “time expiration.” I faced a similar situation in the past regarding a birthday gift, where excuses were also made and the promised benefit was never provided. That is why I made sure to follow up on the Gold Box every month, and I do not accept the excuse of time expiration. Constantly being given different reasons and broken promises has severely damaged my trust in the brand. My Sephora card number is 9001 037 266 132, and I demand that my Gold Box be delivered to me without further delay. If Sephora cannot fulfill such campaigns, they should not make these promises in the first place. I expect my grievance to be resolved immediately.

It's been a month since I wrote the complaint, and I have regularly filed complaints on their own website as well, both by calling and writing. They said they would send it by October 22nd, so I'm waiting to see if it will arrive. I hope it does, it's been 11 months!
