Just a week ago, I bought the Sensodyne toothpaste shown in the attached photo, and not long after I started using it, I developed painful sores in my mouth and on my tongue. At first, I didn’t suspect the toothpaste at all. But once I stopped using it, the symptoms began to gradually improve, which made the connection clear.

This was completely unexpected from a brand that is marketed as premium and recommended for oral health. Instead of protecting my mouth, it ended up damaging it. It’s deeply concerning that a product trusted by so many could trigger such a strong and harmful reaction.

Sensodyne, I demand accountability. Why is this happening to users? What ingredient is causing this, and why is it not clearly warned about? I expect an immediate investigation and a public explanation. We’re trying to protect our oral health, not suffer from it. Please take this seriously and offer a resolution.
