Sebamed Face and Body Cleanser Caused Allergic Reaction and Skin Irritation

I used the Sebamed Face and Body Cleanser, trusting it was safe for sensitive and problem-prone skin, as advertised. However, it caused an allergic reaction on my face, including redness, itching, and acne.

Upon checking the ingredients, I noticed it contains SLES and Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, which are too harsh for a facial product. This cleanser is marketed as suitable for both face and body, but it should clearly state that it is not ideal for sensitive facial skin. My skin has been severely damaged by this product, and I feel misled.

Sebamed, I expected a gentler formula for facial use. Please reconsider the product labeling and provide a resolution for my damaged skin.
