Sebamed Shampoo Caused Severe Redness and Burning on My Skin

I purchased Sebamed shampoo, and it has caused a terrible reaction. My face and skin are now bright red and burning, something I’ve never experienced before, as I don’t even have sensitive skin. I used the shampoo exactly as directed, and I’m certain the irritation is from the shampoo running down my face when rinsing. I’m deeply disappointed by this product and the effects it has had on my skin. For a brand that charges a premium, I expected much better quality and safety. I want Sebamed to address this issue urgently and provide a resolution. I regret ever trusting this brand and demand an immediate response to remedy this situation.
