Sebamed Allergic Reaction - Redness, Puffiness, and Discomfort

My recent adverse reaction to Sebamed products is the reason I'm writing to express my worry. My cheeks and neck get red and irritated every time I use these. Also, my right upper eyelid is a little puffy and twitching, and there's a little swelling in my neck.

For a few applications, I kept using the product since I believed my body could simply require some time to adapt. The unfortunate thing was that the reaction happened every time.

This is quite upsetting because Sebamed is supposed to be mild and safe for delicate skin. The pain and redness are really annoying, and I'm worried about the consequences in the future.
