Scat Airlines Denies $94 Refund for Medical Emergency Flight Cancellation

I purchased a ticket for a Scat Airlines flight scheduled from Antalya to Astana, Kazakhstan, on May 19 at 4:00 PM. However, I recently underwent an angioplasty, and my doctor advised against traveling due to my health condition. Because of this, I was unable to take the flight, and I requested a full refund of the fare paid.

I paid a total of $94. I shared my medical report and all supporting documents with the airline and explained the situation repeatedly. Despite this, they have not issued any refund, leaving me out of pocket despite my medical emergency.

Even though my medical reasons are fully documented, I am requesting a refund of the $94 paid for this unused ticket.
