My checked baggage was not delivered to me upon arrival and was reported lost on my Condor flight from Olbia to Düsseldorf on July 10, 2026. I demand that the necessary actions be taken immediately to locate my baggage and deliver it to my address.
I submitted an application to the lost baggage office at Düsseldorf Airport, filed a lost baggage report, and received file reference number DUSDE10772. Despite this, I have not received any updates or follow-ups to date.
