Scannero showed data I never shared, how can I delete it?

You have the right to ask Scannero to delete any data it shows that you never gave them.

The Scannero Privacy Policy says that you have the right to have your personal information deleted right away and without any unnecessary wait.

Contact Scannero at [email protected] and tell them what data you want to delete along with any other information that will help them find your account.

You can send a request through their Zendesk site, explaining your problems and the data you want to be deleted.

Include all the information that is needed to prove who you are and that you own the account.

❗ You can 👉 take the matter to Xolvie 👈 to get it fixed if Scannero doesn't reply in a reasonable amount of time or denies your request for no good reason.
