Tashan Win SBI Withdrawal Rejected

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a withdrawal problem I faced in the casino section of the Tashan Win app. On 4 March, I requested a withdrawal of ₹2,000 to my SBI bank account. I had already deposited ₹2,500 in the game before making this withdrawal request. After I initiated the withdrawal, the status first showed as pending and then the request was rejected in the app. When I contacted Tashan Win customer support and informed them about the withdrawal problem, they told me that I would have to add another ₹4,200 into the game for the withdrawal to be processed, even though I had already added ₹2,500 earlier. I find this demand completely unfair and unacceptable. My clear expectation is that my original ₹2,000 withdrawal should be processed and credited to my SBI bank account without asking me to deposit any additional amount. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my money be returned to me safely.
