I am a BC Game user from Pakistan and I am writing because I am unable to withdraw my funds despite following the instructions given in the app. After downloading BC Game, I received a bonus, played the games and won money. When I tried to withdraw, I received an in‑app message stating: “Withdrawal will be activated after a minimum deposit of Rs 1000. You’re only Rs 500 away from unlocking your cash‑out feature! Complete it now and get instant access to secure Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals.” Relying on this message, I deposited 500 rupees via Easypaisa. Before this, I had already deposited 500 rupees once, so in total I have deposited 1,000 rupees into my BC Game account. Instead of activating withdrawals as clearly promised in the message, I was again asked to “deposit 500” and the withdrawal feature still did not open. At this stage, BC Game is again telling me that if I deposit another 500 rupees, then I will be able to withdraw, but I have not made this additional deposit because I am concerned that these repeated deposit requests are unfair and may not actually resolve the problem. This is my first attempt to withdraw from this account, and at the moment my BC Game balance shows 178,729 rupees, but I am still unable to cash out through Easypaisa or JazzCash. I contacted BC Game support via their live chat regarding this issue and they informed me that they are still actively investigating my withdrawal under reference number 246933723, that they do not yet have a confirmed cause, and asked me to wait longer. Each time I contact the helpline, they only tell me to be patient, while the withdrawal option remains blocked and I continue to see messages asking for further deposits even though I have already met the stated minimum deposit of 1,000 rupees. My clear expectation is that BC Game should immediately activate my withdrawal feature and allow me to withdraw my funds from the 178,729 rupees balance via Easypaisa or JazzCash, as stated in the message I received, without forcing me to make any additional deposits. If there is any legitimate restriction on my account, I request a clear, detailed and justified written explanation, instead of generic replies and repeated deposit requests, and I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
