On 2026-03-03, I requested a withdrawal of 50,000 via JazzCash, but the transaction is still pending and the money has not been credited to my account. Despite the time that has passed, the withdrawal status has not been updated and I have not received any explanation about the delay. I contacted Tashan Win customer support for assistance, but so far I have not been contacted back and have not received any response or solution. I kindly request that my pending withdrawal be reviewed urgently, that my 50,000 amount be processed and transferred to my JazzCash account as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be provided regarding the status of this transaction.
