Today, I purchased Samsung furniture for my home from Media Markt, marking my first experience with the Samsung brand. The delivery was prompt, and the representative advised me to contact Samsung's service for installation. Consequently, I reached out to the service team, and they informed me that the old appliance needed removal. I explained the situation, saying, "My father is disabled, and he lives with my elderly mother. Lifting the appliance is not feasible. All I need is for you to move it forward by 1 meter, install the new one, and I'll manage the rest." For five hours, I attempted to reach an official, but I encountered arrogant responses. I am committed to defending our rights. Samsung, you have shown a lack of respect for your disabled customers! Please safeguard your brand reputation and address the grievances I've faced due to this experience.
