Samsung Flip Z7 Overheats Lags and Has Broken Biometrics

On July 26, I purchased the Samsung Flip Z7 model phone through Samsung’s official website for ₺66,999 with the order number TR250726-85697981. The product was not delivered within the stated timeframe. Even after delivery, despite submitting multiple requests, I have not received the invoice—even 12 days later. Since I needed the invoice for July to record the expense under my company, this delay is causing me serious inconvenience. Since I started using the device, I’ve encountered numerous technical issues: the facial recognition feature does not work and constantly asks for a password; the fingerprint reader fails to recognize my fingerprint; and facial recognition doesn't work within WhatsApp’s lock feature either—it keeps asking whether to use PIN or face ID, which makes unlocking the phone a slow process. Additionally, when compared side-by-side with an iPhone 12 Pro Max, the screen resolution, camera quality, and color brightness are significantly worse, and the video quality is far below my expectations. The battery drains extremely fast and charges very slowly—reaching only halfway in 2–3 hours. The device overheats excessively, both while charging and during use. I contacted Samsung customer service regarding all these issues, but I only received a generic response saying “you will be contacted,” and no actual solution has been provided. Although my product is under warranty, I demand that my grievance be resolved and an official complaint record be created.
