It's been almost a month, and I urgently need assistance. I reported that my air conditioner was not cooling, and two weeks later, due to high demand in Istanbul, support was requested from Çorlu Samsung service. An employee named Enes K** came and completely pulled the air conditioner off the wall while it was running, separated the upper body, and now it’s just a skeleton on my wall. While trying to fix it, the power went out, and he said the motherboard needed to be replaced. He returned last Saturday with a new motherboard but then said the problem wasn’t with the motherboard. While working on the air conditioner, the power went out again. The outdoor unit's gray cover is missing. I purchased my WindFree air conditioner from Vadi Istanbul Samsung on July 6, 2023, and it is still under warranty. He warned that the missing gray cover could cause rain damage to the unit. He left my air conditioner in pieces and said the sensor might be broken instead. My perfectly working air conditioner, which only needed cooling, has become a trial-and-error project.

I messaged him on Sunday, as he said he would bring the part on Sunday. He then said Monday or Tuesday. When I asked for an update on Monday, he told me he contacted the central office and redirected the issue to the initial installation team due to the missing gray cover. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will take this matter to court. My perfectly fine one-year-old air conditioner has been left in a terrible state by your unqualified personnel, who rely on FaceTime and external support. He even said he has an engineer brother who could help if he can't install the parts. Excuse me, Samsung, what kind of qualified people are you hiring? My air conditioner is broken and in pieces because of your staff! This is unacceptable! I have a baby at home in this heat. I reported the issue again on Sunday, and today is Thursday, and no one has contacted me, despite promises of a response by Monday.
