Samsung Ultra S20 Sound Issue: Need Assistance to Repair Sudden Audio Cutouts

Hello everyone. I'd want to relate my recent experience with my Samsung Ultra S20 phone and see if anyone else has had same issue.I purchased this phone almost a year ago, and I'm still paying for it. Everything was fine until the last several days, when I began to notice a strange sound. You know how it is when you're listening to music or watching a video and the sound abruptly stops?  it happens a lot to me now. I've tried hitting the volume controls on the side to restore the sound, and it does work, but it's becoming quite bothersome because it happens every 5 minutes or so. The video continues to play, but the sound gone...I've put a lot of money into this phone, and to be honest, it's a little frustrating that I'm still having problems with it. I mean, the phone hasn't even been paid off yet! Please let me know if you have any ideas as to why this is happening or if you've encountered a similar problem. It's odd, and I'm hoping I won't have to deal with this audio-disappearing trick indefinitely.
