Samsung Promised Me an S25 Ultra Replacement but Sent an S25 Plus
I delivered my Samsung S25+ phone to the İzmir Konak Samsung service center two weeks ago because of a pixel defect in the camera. Since my device is under warranty, I did not pay any fee. During my discussions with the service staff, I was informed that my device would be replaced with the S25 Ultra model, and I accepted this. However, later they said “we made a mistake” and sent me another S25+. I also contacted customer service during this process, but they kept repeating the same things and tried to dismiss the issue. I have a service record with the number 4288*****. I request that Samsung stand by its word and provide me with the S25 Ultra device as promised.
