Samsung Has Not Refunded My Galaxy S25 Ultra Order Payment
On 24.04.2026 at around 01:04, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone from Samsung Turkey’s official online store with the order number TR260424-55961715. I paid the total amount of ₺81,538.30 via bank transfer from my personal account registered to my name. Only a few minutes after placing the order, I cancelled it of my own accord, yet despite this, the amount I paid has still not been refunded to me even though 5 days have passed. After my cancellation request, I only received an e-mail confirming that my cancellation was approved. Since then, whenever I contacted Samsung via live support, I was told that an urgent ticket was opened for my issue and that the matter would be resolved as soon as possible. I was even specifically informed that the refund would be paid today; however, no payment has been made and I have not received any feedback or clear information. I do not accept that such a high payment for an order cancelled within minutes has not been refunded for days and that I am constantly given evasive answers. I request that the ₺81,538.30 which I paid by bank transfer, be refunded to my account at Ziraat Bank without further delay and in full, and that I be provided with clear written information on when and how this process will be concluded.
