Samsung Galaxy S25 Battery Drains Fast And Service Refused Inspection
I bought my Samsung S25 phone in Turkey, in Bursa, from a Samsung store about 12 months ago. For the last 3 months, the device has had a constant problem with the battery: the charge drains very quickly, sometimes it does not charge at all, and the battery percentage suddenly drops by large amounts. Even with normal daily use, I have to plug the phone in several times a day. On 27.07.2026 at around 17:45, I went to the Samsung authorized service Ebru Elektronik ve Bil. Sis. in Bursa and explained the situation. I stated that I wanted to leave the device at the service and that I had documented the problems with video recordings. However, because I had recently reset the phone, they refused to take the device into service and told me to “use it for 1 week and come again”. I clearly expressed that my time is valuable and that I do not want to go back and forth to the service multiple times for a phone, but they did not help. I have a video recording showing the charging problem and the sudden drops in battery percentage, and I also showed this to the service. Although they said they could proceed if the IMEI was visible, they still did not examine the device at that time. I request that Samsung urgently perform a detailed technical inspection and the necessary repair for my phone, which is under warranty, and that the problem related to the battery and charging be clearly identified and permanently resolved.
