Samsung Galaxy A20 Suddenly Shuts Down And Will Not Turn On

I am using a Samsung Galaxy A20 phone in Şanlıurfa and it has started to cause me a serious problem. The phone suddenly shuts down by itself and then does not turn back on. When I try to power it on, it does not respond and I cannot use the device at all. I did not drop the phone, it did not get wet, and I did not take it to any technical service or contact Samsung customer service yet. Since the problem started suddenly and I did not cause any damage to the device, I think this is a malfunction that should be handled by Samsung. I kindly request that my Samsung Galaxy A20 be examined and repaired free of charge and that the shutdown and failure to turn on problem be permanently resolved, so that I can continue to use my phone safely.
