Samsung DW60dg540FWQTR Dishwasher Upper Rack Defective Since Day One


I purchased a Samsung dishwasher in July 2021, and after just three years, the lower rack's rods have rusted, with some even breaking. How can a product that’s supposed to be long-lasting deteriorate this quickly? Previously, I used an Arçelik dishwasher for 15 years without encountering such issues.
I chose Samsung hoping for better quality, but I deeply regret this decision. I trusted the brand, but this experience has been disappointing. From now on, I will not consider Samsung for any home appliances. I expect an explanation for this premature damage and a solution, such as a replacement for the defective part. A brand like Samsung should stand behind the quality of its products.
