Samsung 49RU7100 TV Down Button Not Working – Repair Request

I own a Samsung 49RU7100 television located in Adıyaman city center. For the last three days, the down button in the TV menu has been completely inactive. Because of this, I cannot make any settings on the TV and I cannot use the menu properly. I checked the remote control and it is not faulty, so I think the problem is caused by the TV itself. This situation prevents me from using the product as intended and is very disturbing. I urgently request Samsung to provide support, to repair my television as soon as possible and, if necessary, to carry out the required service procedures under appropriate conditions so that I can use my TV again without any problems.
