Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV Panel Failed in 1.5 Months

I purchased a Samsung 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV two years ago for my bridal dowry, but I only started using it 1.5 months ago. Everything was fine until one evening, I turned it on, and there was sound but no picture. I assumed it was a simple cable issue, but after checking, nothing was wrong.

I contacted Samsung customer service, and a technician came to inspect the TV. To my shock, they said it had a panel failure and quoted me ₺23,000 for repairs—almost the price of a new TV! I cannot believe that a 1.5-month-old TV from a supposed premium brand could fail this quickly.

I demand Samsung to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately. If my complaint is ignored, I will escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Board and even major TV channels to expose this situation. We paid extra for quality, and this is what we get? Samsung, I expect you to honor your brand name and fix this problem without additional cost.
