Samsung Victimizes Its Customer With Campaign Deception!
On January 5, 2023, I purchased the Samsung Q990C model soundbar from MediaMarkt. While buying it from the Buyaka MediaMarkt store, an alleged authorized representative named F**** Bey assured me multiple times that the price was ₺26,000 and there was an additional ₺3,000 Paracard gift promotion. Despite confirming this several times, the next day, Samsung's service team arrived for installation.
After setting up the device and handing over the Paracard envelopes, they advised me to fill out a form for the campaign registration. When I contacted Samsung, they informed me that the promotion had ended on the 2nd of the month, and the process could not be completed. Despite being a victim of the brand, Samsung showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, refusing any responsibility for the mistake made by their own employees at MediaMarkt.
Returning the product to MediaMarkt, I found no attempt to offer even the smallest gesture or solution to compensate for my lost time and dissatisfaction. The personnel, especially F**** Bey, displayed irresponsible behavior, going as far as telling lies to make a sale. Even worse, Samsung, as a company, failed to take responsibility for its employee's actions, revealing a disappointing level of quality.
In light of this situation, I demand compensation for the emotional distress I have suffered.
