Samsung Galaxy A32 Factory Reset Deleted All Personal Data

On September 21, 2026, at around 10:30 a.m., my Samsung Galaxy A32 suddenly reset itself to factory settings even though I had not performed any action. After the phone was reset, all of my personal data, including my contacts, photos, and messages, was deleted. At the same time, my Gmail account was also compromised.

This incident has caused me serious hardship due to both the loss of my data and the security of my account. When I contacted Samsung about the issue, I was not provided with any meaningful assistance, and no concrete solution was offered to address the problems I experienced.

I request that Samsung investigate why my phone reset itself, conduct the necessary investigation into the loss of my data and the compromise of my account, and take appropriate action to resolve the harm and inconvenience I have suffered.
