I purchased the Salomon Guest Winter model, expecting it to perform well in snowy conditions. However, it has been a complete letdown—I can barely stand on the snow without slipping! For a premium-priced winter boot, this is completely unacceptable. I invested in this brand for reliability and traction, yet I find myself struggling to walk safely.

To make matters worse, I recommended these boots to several friends, who also bought them based on my trust in Salomon. Now, I feel embarrassed and misled. I regret my purchase, and I demand a solution. Either fix this issue or offer a refund—this is not what was promised.
