Salomon GTX 4 Ultra Hurts My Toes After 30 Mins—Unwearable Despite Sizing Up

I bought the Salomon GTX 4 Ultra from the Nepal Store last year and have only worn them about 8–10 times. Every single time, within just 30 minutes, the front of the shoe starts pressing painfully against my toenail, making it unbearable to walk. I even bought them half a size larger, yet the fit is still terrible. The toe box and sole are way too stiff, offering zero comfort despite the high price. I expected premium quality, but instead, I got shoes I can’t even wear. For this price, comfort should be guaranteed! I demand a refund or an exchange—Salomon, do better!
