I first deposited ₺250 into my Sahabet account, but the money never appeared. When I contacted customer service, they told me the minimum deposit amount was ₺3000 and that I needed to top up my deposit to reach that limit. So I added another ₺2750 to complete it.
Then they changed the rules on me—saying the ₺3000 had to be deposited in a single transaction, and because I sent it in two parts, it wouldn’t count. Trying to comply, I deposited another ₺3000, bringing my total to ₺6000.
And yet, the funds still didn’t show up in my account. They then told me the transaction was "risky" and that I’d now need to deposit another ₺6000 to resolve it. This is completely absurd.
I’ve already given them ₺6000, and they refuse to credit it to my account or refund me. Instead, they keep moving the goalposts and demanding more money. It’s starting to feel like extortion.
