I deposited money into my Sahabet account after reviewing the stated deposit limits on the site, and made sure to follow them accordingly. However, the funds never appeared in my account.
I reached out to live support and spoke with a representative named S***, who told me that since my deposit did not meet the minimum limit of ₺3,000, it would not be credited or refunded. This makes no sense because I had clearly shared a screenshot of the listed limits on their deposit page, and my deposit matched those requirements.
It’s unacceptable to change the rules after the fact and refuse to either process or return the deposit. I demand that Sahabet immediately credit the missing funds to my account or issue a full refund. Misleading players with unclear or shifting limits is deceptive and needs to be corrected.
