Half Of My Ryobi Order Missing, It Took Ages To Get A Refund
I get things happen, this is shopping but if you’re sending things at least send them all not in packs. decided to spruce up the garden with a whole Ryobi tool haul – trimmer, edger, the whole shebang. Placed one neat order online, delivery day arrives, and only half the tools show up, it was the big-ticket items – the ones I was really looking forward to using, Ryobi didn't even bother to tell me some things were out of stock during checkout. Eventually, they refunded me for the missing items but the whole ordeal created a massive communication headache. called the carrier (who had no idea either) It shouldn't be this hard to get your order straight! Let us know if something's out of stock upfront, before we click "purchase”.
