I believe my story started when they completely dropped the ball on the delivery. Ugh I comdemn the day when I picked the Ryobi Hedge Trimmer thinking it would bring some comfort. specifically requested them to hold off on dropping it off for a few days? Totally ignored! Next thing I know, my neighbor calls to say there's a giant box just chilling at the bottom of the garden. No courtesy call from the delivery company, no attempt to secure it – just left to the mercy of the elements! Then came the customer service fun. Picture this: I call in, super frustrated about the whole situation, just wanting some answers. The rep I get? Sounded like they couldn't have cared less.
