Rosetta Stone App Stuck on “Starting” and Won’t Load Lessons

When I open the Rosetta Stone app and select the language I want to learn, the system keeps showing “starting” and never takes me to the lesson page. I can’t access the section where I can begin the lesson. It just keeps saying “starting” continuously.

I’ve tried closing and reopening the app and even logging in from different devices, but I still haven’t been able to resolve the issue. I would appreciate any help in fixing this problem.
