Rosetta Stone Free Access Not Working With Bank Campaign

I joined the campaign offered by Ziraat Bank’s Bankkart for young users, which provides free access to the Rosetta Stone app. At first, I had some issues logging in and ended up with both a free account and a limited account. I was able to complete one unit on the free account, but now when I try to log in again—even using different accounts—it doesn’t work properly. The accounts either reset or only provide limited content from the beginning.

I am unable to access the full benefits of the campaign as intended, and I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.
